I’m Cory, a third-generation general contractor. I grew up on job sites with my father and grandfather. I remember pushing a broom to clean the sites before I was 10 years old. Over the next few decades, I learned every trade in building: Preliminary design and architecture, excavation, concrete work, framing, roofing, carpentry and finish work, cabinetry, paint, landscaping, and the list goes on.

My company Cloward Construction is defined by incredible attention to detail, a fierce work ethic, and a talent for design, combined with my personal, loyal, and honest character. I work primarily by word of mouth.

I will only take on 2–3 custom home projects at a time. Every project gets my personal attention to every detail.

I have developed many professional relationships with not only my clients but also skilled tradesmen to work on my projects. My first love has always been building high-end, custom homes—where detail and experience are imperative. My Work is Honest, my Homes are forever.
